hi, i just downloaded a proggy, with it you can convert iso into dax or dax into iso and cso etc.
thanx anyway ;-)

Hexitnow the download you gave me upgrades my FW to 2.7 y is that? Even if upgraded, can i still play other games?
EDIT: Can i downgrade my FW manually on the PSP?

i aint hex but, it just emulates the firmware, a hard reboot (hold power button up for 10 secs) will take you back to 1.5 or you can press home+start to go back to 1.5
|

It doesnt upgrade your firmware. When you start devhook it emulates that firmware. Shut your psp off and turn it back on to go back to 1.5. You can play all psp games up to this point considering 2.71 is the latest firmware release.

Ok, i got it downloaded, turned on my PSP, selected the Icon under "Games" and then it just rebooted by itself, so now wat?
just hold the power switch up for 10 secs.?

Once it starts that's how u get back to 1.5. You will know if you're in 2.71 because youll see the RSS Feed Icon and the Web Browser Icon. Make suer you use those settings i stated previously otherwise devhook wont load properly or it wont boot the game properly. Theyre on the first page of this thread.

Ok... now i guess the part where i said the PSP rebooted by itself i guess it was my mistake, i was pressing "O" and it just flashed through the whole thing without me having to change the settings.
ok, so i selected icon, set the settings you gave me, and then it started over and now theres a wallpaper of a PSP. next direction.

Put a UMD in and you will see the .iso you selected pop up in the XMB.

Use the same setting and u can play any iso as long as it's not a bad rip. Sorry took so long to post back I was cleaning my m16a2.

Hexitnow im trying to run MXvsATV Unleashed with the same settings and somehow it isnt working, it shows that its loading but it takes so long and ive been waiting for mins. Do i somehow have to change the cpu clock setting to 333?
Edit: ok, nvrmind about the cpu clock change... its just gonna freeze on me. any suggestions?

No do not change the setting to 333. It will cause freezing if trying to load an iso straight out of devhook with a UMD in. It's prolly a bad rip cuz I have that game and it works fine for me.

so wat do you think causes the game not to have sounds?
Wat kind of loader do you use for MXvsATV Unleashed?
Edit: I dont necessarily have to download games from the net, for i got Cd's full of games for PSP.
