Ignore the file.
just do as amit says.
Or else download the software and do as it says.
Convert the video then select the option "trasnfer to psp".
This is so simple you seem to not know how to work with XP.

it's a file that is read by your psp, ignore it.
it's not a folder you can browse in.
you should have a folder there called PSP along w/ your MEMSTICK.IND
if u see MEMSTICK.IND your in the root of your memorystick, create the folder for your video, and place your video in that folder.
Edit > Ms0:/ is the drive extension of your memory card, it might show up as something like I E whatever, when you enter that drive, and you see the MEMSTICK.IND that's the root of your memorystick (Ms0:/) so your where you need to be, create the MP_Root, then go inside MP_Root, and creat 100MNV or whatever it is, and place your .mp4 and .thm in there, if u don't have a .thm don't worry about it.

DO NOT CLICK IT, DO NOT TOUCH IT, LEAVE IT ALONE!
just don't pay attention to it, you have no reason to mess with it anyway, so don't bother trying.

Where is that file?
Where did you found it?
Inside a folder!!
That folder is you memory stick main folder.Create there a folder called MP_Root.
Double click MP_Root and creat a folder called 100MNV01.Your video files go here.they need to be in mp4 format and renamed to M4VXXXXX.mp4
THAT'S IT!!

That .IND file you are talking about is just a data file for the MS-
it should be a hidden file, and it is not something useable. you just need to go to your folder options on the "tools" tab and check to make sure you are not showing the hidden files or folders. Hope that clears things up for you.
