I've answered in a different thread on this matter but if you have Nero Burning Rom & it's newer version than 5.5.9.9 then you'll be okay
Although you would have to d/l the mpeg2 plug-in then (nothing to do with DVD tho , the plug-in)

ABMone: I haven't had to log in to get any gifs so far mate , just view it (as long as it on seprate http:// page , save URL & thats it)
Here are all the programs I use for DVD Copying. I've never had a problem copying a DVD. If one doesn't do it, then I'll use a different one. This list is good for newbies looking for what programs they will need.

I use DVD2One, TMPGEnc DVD Author, DVDtoolbox, Infoedit, and Nero the most. And of course you always need DVD Decrypter to rip your movie first.
Nero Express does do DVD-Videos just look for the mpeg2/dvd encoder plugin for Nero EXPRESS..
ABMone is right "If its not there makes sure Your DVD writer is selected in Nero express at the top. you can switch if the cd and dvd writer are different"
Nero Express DOES burn DVDs.
In that image you posted right above the words "What would you like to burn" there is a drop down menu, you need to select the proper drive. Multi format burners show up more than once, in your case it is prob set for CDRW instead of DVD.
