Its about time they unlocked full res movie playback from the MS.
But i dont think it will happen anytime soon...:(

well u are rite the umd movies make the lens weak . same was the case with ps2 in which dvd movies made its lens weak
once i was seeing a film in ps2. i paused and then i forgot after 3 hours when i tried to play any game and movie nothing worked.
i had to change the lens.

and by the way the conversion was very good . almost original umd quality.
is there any chance to make it a bit smalller in size.i converted the tokyo drift. and it took almost 8 hours .

Just reduce the video and audio bitrate Hani, thats all you can do mate.
Or just select the file size you want and it will automaticly reduce the bitrates to suit.

well i set the video bitrate to 384 and audio to 96 for converting garfield 2 . the print was almost the same as dvd quality and the size was very less around 317mb
is there any way to get the subtitles also in the encoded movie???
