Its actually wii Start up disc sorry its http://www.joystiq.com/2006/11/03/wii-st...se-set-up-disk/ that its like a thing that sets ur time,formats the memory,lets u fiddle with controls and updates the firmware but to me it looks like they got rid of it since your box dont have it the only disc is Wii sports.
Does anybody no if you can play Mp3's and AVI of a USb device like a thumb drive instead of an SD card as it would be a bit cheaper?

Ya I was at this play and I was siting next to my freind talking abou it and this kid said I will give you $550 for It so I met him 2 hours later and sold it.

You better sell it quick I saw on the news that Nintendo has announced that they have made 10X more Wii's than sony made PS3's. They stated that if anyone wanted one before Christmas they will be able to get it. My advice sell it while people can't get them. Then, in no time you'll have another. Good Luck!

I got my first try of the Wii today FIANLY!!! it was at my local Eb games shop inside westfield (A shoppiing mall) I didnt have school today so there was really no one there so I had about a 40 Minute run yes 40 min on a shops console so the story goes like this
I walk into the Mall going to buy a Pack Of DVD-R's and then I see this stand with a display pic on it the display pic said "Play The Wii At The Electronic Botique daily Mon,Tue,Wed,Sat from 9am to 5.30pm Thur 9.00am-9.00pm and sun 9.00am-5.00pm" I sprinted to the Store there was no one there except on the way a securit guard wandering around told me to walk not run I got there and there it was a Wii I asked the store manager who was walking around If I could play it he said sure so I went and the game was Wii sport I was hopping it would be zelda but anyways I started playing Golf I dont like golf in real life I didnt like the game much but it was great to see how it was actually realisitc the putting after 5 min I started playing Baseball I like baseball but dam that ball was hard to hit when it comes flying at you it was great one thing I think a glitch if you bat the ball goes in the air and a fielder drops it he got the ball of the ground!!!!! and I got out !!!!!!! i was like WTF has that happend to any of you that have the game???
Then the manager come and asked me If he could vs me in tennis A MANAGER I WAS LIKE WTF AGAIN LOL!!!! so I did he got a wii-mote form somewhere like a storage and we started it took time for me to get used to one time when i swung a forehand the character swong the oppsite way and I was dissapointed that it could only be a doubles match but my question was answered if 2 human players play the player on the top hand of the screen would the wii invert the way he swing the mote because it is opposite but now i know that it is split screen system so P1 is on the Left while from P2's prespective its on the right so i liked that.
then I played boxing with the guy for about 3 min and I got smashed absolutely thrashed i got a punch or 2 that werent blocked but by that time there were 2 guys watching us and I got embarased that I!!! was getting thrashed by a store manager but he was only about 25,6 but it was great so he said he had to go and serve the customers and he asked me if I liked it I said nahhhhhhh and he laughed and I said it would have been better if it were Zelda so he goes ill be back in a min and goes into that wierd room with a pin on the door where he took the Wii-mote from and brings a copy of Zelda I nearly fainted he put it in its cool how the disc slides in all he did was hold about 1/4 out the disc in and it takes it of him.
and it started I noticed that there wasnt speech and i thought that I had about 5 min to play this so i didnt care about the story i didnt even do anything besides walk for about 5 min looking at the graphics they were AMAZING!!!! I missed zelda having true 3D not windwaker style these graphics were absolutely amazing which most of you know the trees had this beautiful texture which made them look life like and these guys waiting started saying get of you povo i just ignored them and they peed me off so I told the manager to come and I said I have finished playing zelda he can take it out why did I say it because i noticed that the 2 annoying guys behind me were saying how mad it looked and they cant wait to play it so the manager takes it out and puts wii sports back in and I said zelda was great to them and laughed and walke out of the store but playing wii sports has turned my verdict on the game i think 2 lpayers its as or even more enjoyable then Zelda but I cant say zelda i only looked at graphics and played for 5 min but i love zelda i have all since Orcarina of time in 1998 im thinking of going back next Tuesday again and playing more zelda if the manager is there bacuse i doubt the others would let me but im still laughing at those 2 guys i think i broke their heart serves them right LOL!!

Yeah but not really i dont no about the Wii one but I know the 2 N64 ones were partially ocnnected but you really wouldnt need to because it explains the story at the start of every single one

Anbody that has a Wii can oyu anser this!
TOday when I played a wii at the shop the disc slot wasnt glowing when I looked at the console while I was playing Zelda does it glow or is there a certain time or is it a setting that make sit stay off during gamesplay?

No it does not glow when you play I want to know if you can change a setting to make it glow always cause that blue makes it look 30x better Does any ones glow while playign a game?

Well what I have heard is that it only glows while its on standby and receiving something of Wiiconnect 24
Does anybody know if you can enable it to glow full time while its on??
