Are you sure you're using IE. What do you see in ipconfig/all under Default Gateway; it should also be 192.168.2.1 Also, give 192.168.1.1 a shot as The Fiend says. Otherwise, a factory reset seems the only option.

You put the address in the address or search window of Internet Explorer, there is a picture on your forwarding site showing where under "do not skip this step". I can't explain why 192.168.2.1 doesn't show under Default Gateway, I'm sure that is your router, try what you see there in IE, also .After a factory reset, I do lose my internet connection and have to reinstall my CD from my ISP but I have only heard of that 1 other time. Though,my router is a modem/router made by D Link for my ISP and a few others and not even commercially available, that I know of.

ok something really really weird jst happened, dont ask how it happened cause im suprised myself, lol

when i went back to Azureus, theres a green dot at the bottom tht says "NAT OK" so i was like WOW. But i went to test the port through the "NAT/FIREWALL" test, and i said NAT error. Why does it say this? And also does having ur DHT firewalled affect this, cause at the bottom of Azureus it says "DHT FIREWALLED" how do i fix this?

Also, i have a blue smiley, it says "when downloading, im connected to peers, but the tracker is down.

*Current Update*- The NAT went to Yellow claiming its "OK" however it says i have no incoming TCP connections

You don't need DHT, most private sites will tell you to shut it off. I've had DHT showing as disabled in my client for a year with no loss of speed. As far as the NAT error, I don't know, maybe encryption helped. I would guess that green NAT OK isn't true as you haven't done any forwarding. My router requires a password on my computer even though the same commercial version requires none. My client (utorrent) gave me a red light NAT error and showed my port as cclosed but neither was true and after a few weeks, it just stopped. All I know is some programs act strange on some computers. The only way to tell is to start a download with a good ratio of seeds to peers, wait at least 1/2 hour and see what happens. Incidentally, have you tried any of those addresses to see if you can log into your router?

Oh sorry i didnt clarify, at first the NAT light was green saying its ok, but then it turned yellow saying it was ok? with a question mark saying i have no recent incoming TCP connections.

But anyway,

i typed in my default gateway, and it lead me to a site tht said

"Wirespeed Dual Connect
Bellsouth Fast Access Internet Service"

Im wondering if this is it because i remember going to one that was all blue and looked something like

http://www.portforward.com/english/route...0-4/Azureus.htm

(scroll down to where it says belkin) i dont know if tht is talking bout the router or card i have on my desktop.

PS- what does it mean if i have a blue smiley? it says im connected to some peers but my tracker is down. Why is it blue and i have a NAT problem, but when others have a NAT prob the smiley is yellow?

Like I said, I'm not too familar with Azureus but a blue smiley means exactly that; the tracker is down but you're connected to peers. Don't know why it shows blue at all, though. I think that site you got to is something to do with your ISP, your router page should first ask for a password (which you leave hlank) and according to Port Forward, the address for your router is 192.168.2.1 I'm beginning to think it's time to contact your ISP or Belkin.

The site you logged into was your modem *i deduce that from the fact it bears your ISP's name* so that means your modem from bellsouth has a router/NAT built in as well, so you need to port forward that as well...Not the best kind of connection setup, and complicates things.
You need to find the adres for your router, port forawrd it as well, and hope that once you forwarded your modem and router, things will get better.

what address do i type in?

i tried my IP and default gateway as well as the DNS Server address.

Mozilla would say im "unable to connect" here it is

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.168.1.146.

*The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
*If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
*If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

And when i tried IE it would take me to an MSN error site.

Okay, i dont know if i made a mistake now, but i changed my "network connection > connection > Properties > TCP Internet thingy" back to default.

Default was where it says to receive an IP automatically, and receive a DNS automatically.

Did i mess up? Because now, my Default gateway, DHCP and DNS share the same address.

*UPDATE* The NAT firewall dot jst turned green again. but in the test, it is errrored.

I have absolutely no knowledge of your type of modem/router so I still think you should contact your ISP/Belkin. As I said, according to port forward, the address you type in IE should be 192.168.2.1 but that doesn't work. Resetting Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) to be obtained automatically is setting your ip address to dynamic and should only be necessary to be static for port forwarding, maybe, I don't know.
