I'm glad you got it working.

So when the next update shows up, I say update it and see if it works. I'm always looking for Guinea pigs to test my half-baked theory's out on. My theory is that it will fail.

And if it did fail you could let us know.

You know enough now to get the working version reinstalled if it did, so feel free to experiment.

I have seen enough logs lately, using 7.7.5.1 with this Buffer Overflow error to cause me some concern. The fact that it disappeared after removing 7.7.5.1 and reverting to 7.5.9.0 backs my thoughts.

I wonder if this is do to the age of my computer its a 2004 dell 4600i or maybe a bios update???

Also i noticed the clearness of my latest burn is a little less than what i want, it says 480p but in comparison to a purchased dvd it seems off. Is this due to the quality of the torrent download or Nero 7???? is there a way to enhance this??? I am playing my dvd's on the play station 3 through a sony 55" lcd.

Again i would like to thank y'all for the help, i was getting worried about my investment.
