Hey Cloud i got to ask you.. even though i should know and i haven't really noticed much of a difference in performance on Iroha, but is TST effective at all on Iroha? I was thinking it might be on the first turn, i usually just stick to doing basic techniques.
i dont think TST would be effective on Iro.
anyway, this is another opinion regarding TST on iro...

Quote:
WOW your like freaking bunta and tak put together.......and btw when I said I do 2:16's on akina I was looking at the wrong time....my real time is 2:30 on an RX-8......
Im assuming you meant Akagi? Yeah Cloud is really good at Street Stage i could only manage to get about 2'23 on Akagi if i remember. And i do remember it was very close to 2'24 also. So it was for sure not as good as his video. I did it with RX-8, i don't really know what the best tune would be for RX-8 either.
Yea I meant akagi....That one on iroha is so sick.....man I wish I could be as good as you guys....on akina I get 3:08... Anyone have a link to a site that has guides for tecniques for actuall initial d?????

Would practice on your psp help you get better at the actually arcade game, cause I'm tired of all these asian Tak wannabes coming in with a AE-86 and beating the shyt out of me.

You only get good at the arcade if you play at the arcade. The only thing i use Street Stage for is practice the courses when im not at the arcade, and learn the courses better. Since usually i only do TA on Akagi, Akina, and Iroha, i like to know all the other courses so if i battle someone ill know the course better since i practiced it on my PSP. Like Shomaru and Tsuchisaka i barly play at the arcade but i like to practice it on PSP so ill know what to expect in a battle.
But really i don't know if playing on PSP will help you much as far as experience at the arcade. Just you get no stick shifting practice or no good practice with the wheel playing on PSP.

I dont play arcade that much either but usually if I dont play I can get really sucky....so I just play street stage so I dont suck the next time I go to the arcade...Dam the TST is so dam confusing....plus I play this when Im broke...one time I idioticly played this guy for cards and it was a trueno with nothing finished and no stars but I found out he had more than a million points on it .....he gave me a 10 sec start on akagi and I lost FU*K......I never saw my Integra again.....these days I cant even beat a dam Levin AE-85 with my subaru STi......FU*K
