how do i identify 3rd and 4th rails?...are they color coded?...and that PSU is not cheap at all...plus theres more watts than i need, maybe i'll need it in the future...

do you know any international couriers?...lower price ones?

I'm sorry I've never dealt with international couriers. The only one I can think of off hand is UPS
