I'm afraid to say that something got lost in the transition to retail product with WipEout Pulse; The Promo was amazing, probably the best PSP game there is IMO, but suddenly the full game just didn't feel as good, i mean it has much more stuff, but they shouldn't have altered it before going retail with it...
@ kikzm33z - How wrong you are, have you never even played amazingly simple yet addictive games before... ever heard of Tetris, Pacman? Anyway, yea, LocoRoco is great :) i wish they'd hurry up and do LocoRoco 2 <.<

longest game ive played is djmax portable 2, just getting really good in 6 buttons, going for 8 now, not even close to beating the game

Well guys, I'm more of a violence/stealth type of games... I've tried the demo of Loco Roco and I don't see the fun in it... Maybe I should try the actual game... =)

Metal Gear Solid portable ops took me 7 hours :)
GTA Vice City stories took me 11 hours to complete juz the missions :)
These two are the most longest games I've played :)

Crisis Core FFVII.
So far I'm at about 50 hours.
My character's currently in The Portal of Severance (New Game, not New Game+) level 84, 99999 HP, 9999MP, 267 ATK, 177 VIT (Yes, clearly I have the Adaman Bangle, Brutal, Power Suit equipped). My materia attributes are mostly things like "HP+700%", "HP+680%", "MP+450%", "ATK+90", and the such.
Zack doles-out about 45000 damage with every strike when I have the sniper eye equipped, so I've got some short battles going on, but for ALL THAT GAMEPLAY, I still haven't made it to the battle with Minerva, yet.
X360 - Jasper revision: modded
PS3 fat model w/250gb upgrade
Wii: soft modded w/320gb backup
PSP 2004: 5.50 gen-C prom
PSPgo : 6.37ofw w/27 converted isos
3DS w/SSF4, waiting on the edge of my seat for ocarina 3D and Res. Evil: Mercenaries 3D

I think Final Fantasy Crisis Core has to be the longest game I played also,but then again Dynasty Warriors Vol 2 is pretty long as well.I still can't get all the officers and generals in Dynasty Warriors,but gets repetitive real quick.Yeah Minerva is a beast,if you got Costly Punch(deals 99999 damage)you should be able to beat Minerva without any problems plus Phoenix Downs help out alot as well.I have the New Game+ unlocked,but not really sure if I want to play it again considering how long the game is messing with missions and what not.I have Metal Gear Portable Ops,but for some reason I can't get into the game.I think after playing acid I lost interest in Metal Gear.I'm sure there are probably some more games that take forever I could mention to the list.I play Madden alot on the psp as well,and not even sure how many hours I put in.

just try to get 100% accuracy is impossible iv played it over 3hours and iv only just started to get good at 5 buttons on easy. has to be the longest games i think.
killzone because its feking impossible as well but i havent played it for ages and im sure im close to completing it anyway
only if GT mobile came out that would be the longest by far nothing would beat it

Yeah, regarding FFVII CC again - I get all discouraged when I come upon a series of missions that introduce stronger creatures that throw me off my momentum - like a gang of red ostriches that team-up and kick the shit out of you in seconds flat. THOSE THINGS CAN REALLY CHASE YOU!
Anyway.. about 15 missions away from minerva, so - gotta keep at it.

crisis core UNDUB is the longest; 16 hours and counting. already near the final battle, but holding off so i can finish most of the missions first before new game+ is unlocked. only level 42, but it provides a challenge, which is how it should be.
one hit kills are no fun. only applicable if you're doing a speedrun.

Indeed. I guess I would just think that at level 84, everything would be pretty much a breeze. But they hike up the challenge toward the end of the missions for sure.
You know, It's funny how many of the monsters' regular melee attacks (further into the game) are graviga(gravity)-based. If you keep the wizard bracelet on, there's pretty much little chance of being killed in many battles (even if you get hit with a 20 minute-long stop spell.)

a LLNMIENA (low level no materia initial equipment no accessories) run sounds like a real challenge. probably won't be as hard as the original FFVII since CC:FFVII is way shorter, but will be hard. cwcheat is not allowed.
to add to the challenge, try no saving, and no standby mode; a one sitting run.
