I'll ask him. It is a 200W PSU though. This site say's I'll need 194W.

that's pushing it, possibly underpowered. a 350w or higher will work. having a overkill psu is ok, because you'll have stable power and some, for other components.

core, have you ever taken the front cover(bezel) off that tower & if have what amount of room is between the front of the drives & inside of the cover? maybe room for a fan even a small to medium size?

There is no space for a fan in between the front bezel and hard drives, the front is built in a way so that there is about 1/2 cm clearance between the two. As for another fan, there is space inside the case under the hard drives but that wouldn't be helping the hard drives. There is space though to mount it under the hard drive blowing air on the bottom hard drive but that would also be pushing it since the screws to that would most likely be touching the PCB of the hard drive.
