To get the thread back on track :P here's my two cents.
I think that God Of War : Chains Of Olympus is one of the best action/adventure games on the PSP in terms of both graphics and gameplay. It might be a little short but has lots of extras and good re-play value.
You should check it out

It was short, true. But i enjoyed the heck out of it while i played it. And i've played it again since.

Another amazing game is manhunt 2. long game. fun gameplay. and an amazing story.
If you can handle the gore i would definitly get this game. also if you have a modded psp you can hack the game code so the kills are uncensored.

I was thinking of getting manhunt 2.
Could you tell me how to get the uncensored kills, I'm on custom firmware 4.01M33 (like in my sig :P)

I'm going to suggest "Gun: The Showdown"
I just saw it at Circuit City for $9.99. It takes a little while to get used to, because it uses FPS controls with the buttons behaving like a second analog stick. But once you do, the game is fun as heck. I've been playing it non stop for the last couple of weeks - I'm actually on the last mission now.
I'd describe the play style as somewhere between GTA and Manhunt 2, but instead of playing a criminal you play a cowboy. The plot is better than a lot of movies I've seen lately, and the cinematics are extended and well-done.

so right now, wut are the best games for PSP? i read the whole thread and have only god of war: chains of olympus, and final fantasy crisis core. who thinks there are better games for psp than those?

I agree..God of War and Crisis Core were amazing games....
my other faves included Patapon, Me and My Katamari,
and I just started The Force Unleashed....that game is kinda like GoW but with lightsabers and The Force....pretty great game as well....

im VERY close to finishing all of them. i only need to complete the missions, 9-6-x's. they werent kidding when they say very hard on those. imo the creators need to make zack have more equipments.

also in crisis core, i need the strongest but also the fastest attack. so far, i can only use magical punch and the other 1 since i think its the stronger and fastest. anyone beg to differ?
