the file that OTMoveIt2.exe is supposed to move says not found.
I just don?t understand this. Your HJT log shows that the file is still there so let?s try to delete it a different way..

Do this:

Fix entries using HiJackThis

Launch HiJackThis
Click the Do a system scan only button
Put a check next to the entries listed below (if they still remain)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0BF43445-2F28-4351-9252-17FE6E806AA0} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lphc7d9j0e159] C:\WINNT\system32\lphc7d9j0e159.exe

IMPORTANT: Do NOT click fix until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now
Click the Fix checked button and close HiJackThis

Delete Files on Reboot
Try this.. and if you cannot locate this file just post a fresh HJT log and we?ll see what happens. Be sure to let me know if you are still getting the blue screen.

Start Hijackthis
Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the button labeled Delete a file on reboot]/b]...
A new window will open asking you to select the file that you would like to delete on reboot.
Navigate to each file and click on it once, and then click on the [b]Open
button.

C:\WINNT\system32\lphc7d9j0e159.exe

You will now be asked if you would like to reboot your computer to delete the file.
Click on the Yes button.

After the reboot, post me a fresh HijackThis Log?????.

Since I cannot see it, I really don?t understand ?funny blue?.

There is nothing in your Logs that shouldn?t be there.

What, if any, other problems are you experiencing?

I don?t know, buddy. I deal with malware and from your logs, you don?t have any.

Try right clicking your desktop and set your background colors. That?s all I know to tell you.
