Sounds like a plan. I am glad there are not many multi-angle movies.
Thank you!

If you want the full disc, you can always use the custom tab and just eliminate the other angle.

Example: for the movie The Others, I chose title 1 angle 1 main movie in dvdfab5. Next I use FIXvts, and then use DVD RB. It still plays both angles back to back instead of just one angle.

Thank you. Please use the free version of DVD RB if possible as I believe that might be the issue.

BTW, the multi-Angle scene for that movie is at the end when they leave the house. I don't get errors in DVD RB anymore because I use FIXvts now but the angles are still messed up.

Guess what!
DVDFab doesn't handle this one correctly.
Rip the main movie (title 1) with DVD Shrink. No angle detected.
Edit:
Here's the Rebuilder log after ripping the main movie with DVDFab

OK, at least now I don't feel so dumb about this. LOL
Is there any quality difference between the programs ripping wise? Should I keep DVDfab5 as my main ripper and Shrink for multi-angle movies or switch completely over to Shrink or?

Re multi angles, i have only had problems with one multi angle disc as far as i remember, it was a concert disc and the problems were the same when i ripped with DVDFab and also with DVD Decrypter, the end result was a disc that constantly jumped between the angles. Luckily i don't come across many multi angled discs, most of them are movie discs so it's simple enough to just do movie only mode; with a concert (well the one i did anyway) it's not easy. I just gave mine up a bad job.

By all means keep DVDFab. This one just happened to turn out that way. There are other ways to remove the angle detection (PgcEdit), but that's another story.

Finally I am ready to try to learn how to remove all multi angles from all multi angle discs. It sounds like PgcEdit is the best option for this? If so, are there any user friendly tutorials that someone can suggest?

One step at a time. Do you have all of the plug-ins installed?

At this point all I have done is installed PgcEdit and have not added any plug ins. I know nothing about this program at all and the information I have read seems kind of overwhelming. There isn't a easy read guide to assist in removing angles?
Anyways, what are my next steps? Do I use DVDFab first to rip the main angle and then use pgcedit or?

If you use DVDFab to rip the main angle only, there's no need to do anything else.
As for PgcEdit's plug-in's and guides, you need to go to the homepage.

There is a lot of reading and understanding before you can use this program.

I have tried ripping main angle only using DVDFab but some movies still have complications (like Pulp Fiction and The Others). The complication is it plays angle 1 fine but then immediately plays angle 2 after it. Instead of having to check all multi angle movies right away to see if it worked, I was hoping to find a way to just remove other angles from all movies.
Kind of a weird situation but in Scary Movie I ripped main angle only and during movie if I switch to angle 2, it plays angle 2 and then right afterwards plays angle 1 as well.
I would also like to continue using DVDFab and DVD RB for all movies if at all possible but these multi angle movies are giving me some challenges.
With all of this being said, what options make the most sense for me at this point?

If you ripped main angle only, there is no other angle to switch to. I'm not understanding what you're doing.

I select main movie and then choose the title that has angle 1. For example, under the title/angle column, if there are 1(1), 1(2), and 1(3), I choose main movie mode and rip 1(1) since hopefully angle 1 is always the main angle.
However, during playback some movies show all angles. Am I doing something wrong?

Please explain how they show all angles.
Open the movie with PgcEdit.
Does it show 2 movies?

while playing the others for example, one you already kind of helped me with previously in this thread, at the end of the movie there is a spot where my dvd player shows an icon to let me know that is a multi angle section of the movie. After it goes through the first angle, the movie backs up to the beginning of the multi angle spot and plays the 2nd angle. The same happens with the opening scene of pulp fiction.
Scary Movie 1 and 2 also have some issues. I felt if I choose the main angle then why would my player be able to detect the spot where the multi angle spot was. It still allows me to switch between angles at those spots.
Hopefully this all makes sense to you but I am super confused.

To prevent the angle icon from popping up you need to install the plug-in's first.

I opened the others with pgcedit but cannot tell if 1 or 2 movies listed.
I need to use pgcedit if i want to get rid of angle icon during playback?

I believe it is only 1 movie and not 2.
Left part of screen says VMG, First Play PGC
VTST 1, 1 TTN 1 (1:46:24) Title 1
At this point is it possible to get all multi angle movies to work properly using DVDFab, FixVTS, and DVD RB? Do I need pgcedit?
I am just feeling a little overwhelmed trying to get these multi angle movies to work and not sure where to start now at solving the problem.
