I ordered from DealExtreme on January 23rd, and I'm still waiting... I've written to them with no response whatsoever. It's probably the last time I'll deal with them.

That bums me out that you're having slow shipping issues with dealextreme -- I've ordered 3 or 4 times in the last 3 months and always got my stuff within 2 weeks. What was cool is each item has a little forum thread where people chime in on what they received and the quality, which was perfect when ordering DS cards because there are lots of fakes out there. Now I kinda feel bad that I vouched for them. But they're definitely not a fly-by-night operation like thedsdeals. Besides, you can get a Toptoy ds card for $6.00 at dealextreme that works better than the $30 plus shipping R4 or M3 that you get from thedsdeals. I bought a few from them and had them in a week and a half.

Regardless, thedsdeals is a shitty company.

Well.... I simply filed a dispute with paypal for "thedsdeals" & got my money back within 24 hours. Don't deal with "Thedsdeals"!

I have been through Hell and Back with this pathetic Company!! I placed an order more than three weeks ago. Paid an extra ten dollars for the items to be shipped priority mail, and never received anything! I made numerous calls to the business, which is kind of pathetic that they only have one contact number, and you can only deal with one Very Unprofessional, Very Rude, Does not know what shes doing little girl. Who repeatedly made promises of sending me email confirmations, which never received. I asked if there was another number to speak to someone else who is in charge of the Refund. And of course there is no number? I asked her who is she requesting this refund with? She claims it is the owner. But when asked for a direct number she siad there was not one. And thats when she started getting Rude with me and giving me attitude. And I explained to her if she was in my position, and was ripped off $60.00 she too would be upset. But all she kept giving me was attitude and hung up on me. This is the type of Customer Service that This company has to represent their company?! I think this little child needs to get another job, maybe as a trash man. Since all that came out of her mouth was trash!! I am very Upset at this piece of crap company, and will do what I can to prevent more people from getting ripped off.

So If you want to get scammed and ripped off by a company this is the place. They are Very Unprofessional, Very Rude, and are Scammers and it seems as though they have been doing this for a very long while now, from the other complaints dated back to 2008. This should say alot about this business. I only wish that I would have read up on these complaints before I spent money!

By the way can someone help me out, How do I go about posting a Complaint on Google? So when someone does a search engine for this company, they can read the compalints before they take that chance. I dont know how to go about posting a complaint on Google? Thanks

Sorry but this number is part of the Big Problem. I called that number, which is the only number that they provide. And you deal with only one person. Their service is too bad. How could they be so rude.
what's your payment method? I only choose the site which supports paypal.

horrible service i finally got my money back. I also reported them to my CC company. I ordered from a different place and got my cards in less than 5 days

"DS Deals" = The worst company ever!! They make a habit of fraudulant business practices and customer service is the least of their concerns.

I bought an R4SD from them and initially they were ok to deal with received my order in 5 days, that was using my credit card. I then purchased another for my nephew with my bank card with a MC Logo on it and forget it. They took the funds the same day I placed the order on June 16, 2009. Its June 30, 2009 and no R4SD yet, (btw I only live 15 minutes away from their place of business)...I emailed and spoke with some girl that is also the manager. She said they shipped my order to the wrong postal hub. The morning of June 30, 2009 I sent an email stating that if I didnt recieve my order the next day I was going to ask the bank to reverse the charges. I called later to see what was going on and she told me that she intercepted the package (which I believe wasnt even shipped) and would issue a refund within 30 days. Im in the process of having the bank contest the charge and have it reversed.

This company is located in Walnut, California...Ill be filing a complaint ASAP. Hopefully it will make it tough for them to renew their business license if the complaints pile up.
