I have no idea why it says that. Someone must have renamed it, sorry about that.
Thats why it wouldn't work.

You can just use the ADR patcher 0.5 then if want, it works well or there are more at sksapps.com

Ok, I'm trying ADR patcher 0.5 again and it runs fine this time, but I'm still getting the same flickering.

I'm selecting the .iso under file, then selecting .PS2 PAL > NTSC PATCH ROUTINE (NO Y POS) and hitting begin search. It then says "Found 1 patch locations. Do you want to proceed?" I choose yes; and it says patch complete.

That's the correct process right?

Ok, the first time I did this it didn't work, but I tried it again and it seems to be working now. Thank you very much for all your help and being so patient with me.
