Ok the log isn't giving me what I need like the exact error but it looks like Nero transcoded for approx 41 then errored out so I'm guessing this was when the transcoding ending and the burn was getting ready to kick in.

Try this set Nero to save to a hard drive folder instead as your target. Then once it's done go to Nero express>dvd video option and add the folder you just saved your project/movie to.

If it fails during transcoding again save the log file to post but also try and take a screen shot of the error.
