Have just swapped the micro card from my phone (SanDisk) with the DSTT one, I made sure I formatted both before the swap most of the games come on OK just a handful that don't come on, what I can I do next to get all games to come on? obviously as well am going to keep the SanDisk one with the DSTT, thanks.

Just went out and got a new Micro Card, same capacity as the other two I had (one that came with the DSTT and my mobile phone one I used) all are 2 GB, so if I download that file from the gbatemp site I just place it on the Micro Card and replace the origanal TTMENU.DAT file icon/program with the one from that website, as I've downloaded and un-zipped it and thats what was in there. Also did I check on my Laptop have got Win32:Trojan-gen on my Hard Drive this, and am in the middle of sorting it out this wouldn't have affected my card would it? I scan the cards with Avast each time I put them in my DS and all come out fine. And have only used my Hard Drive to make a back up of DSTT File. I think am just being a bit paranoid as am new to this - lol!
the software is the same as the ndstt.com software but the part with the fake killer is disabled, you dont need the other two files fake checker and writer if your card is working you can delete all the other files execpt TTMENU folder and TTMENU.DAT and drag all your old games music movies and other programs off the old micro sd card on to the new one

So, pretty much what I said earlier? Swap and replacing the TTMENU.DAT folder old content for the new.
if it freezes altogether you will need the file flash writer and flash checker on your nds so keep a copy of the file you downloaded, if the dstt don't boot anymore you will have to load the flash writer from a dstt cartridge maybe from another working dstt cart, once the black screen loads put in the clone removing the good dstt and micro sd card and press a and it will re-flash the card so it will work with the kernel DSTT operating sofware you have on the micro sd card you used to flash the dstt, it does not hurt to leave the writer and checker on the card along with other files, i said remove it just in-case it's for a child or someone else who is not sure what it does, just so they don't have problems, if you run the flash checker it simply tells you whether or not the dstt is fake, it will not do anything else (i.e alter anything or mess stuff up you just get the result and switch the ds off. (when running the writer make sure all the files from the winrar file you downloaded are on the micro sd card.
Virus's like the one you mentioned can cause all sort's of problems as that is what the people intend them to do attaching themselves to other files forwarding them on to other people, devices cloning themselves altering files etc. being a pain in the ass, it's not definite but could have contributed to your problem's
