Anyone have any luck with this DVD. Used DVD Decrypter and Shrink, but not getting any sound when doing the analysis.

Appreciate any help on this...

you mean no sound when the movie plays in the little preview window in Shrink? That's normal I believe. Does the output movie have sound?

yes, there was no sound on the output. Are you sure its normal?,because other dvd's have sound the main. Has anyone else have luck with this particular DVD. Others I found was Deliver us from Eva and The best man....

I would appreciate all the help I can get......

Hi there,

Did you RIP and Shrink the WHOLE disk or you picked and choose your options ? (Re-Author)

If someones pick English DTS by mistake, you will not get sound on a normal TV, you will need a DTS stereo to hear it.

Is this the case ?
Is there a DTS track on this DVD ?

Thanks for the post, I believe I did all that since I am very detailed oriented, Let me try that again and see how it goes this time. I think the best way for you guys to find out is to try it and let me know if it goes fine with you. Let me know if any one ever got a chance to do Tarzan 2, The Best man and Deliver us from Eva. Appreciate the feedback

Yes, there is a DTS option available as well. I used DVD Decrypter to rip the whole DVD. I used SHRINK and by default DTS is not checked. Will that be a problem during output?

I just checked the DTS option and backing it up as we speak it now as im doing my reply. We'll see how it turns out. Thanks for the reply

I did this movie, and by default the main audio stream is DTS.If you dont have equipment that will play DTS, then the backup appears to have no sound.All I did was toggle through the different audio streams, with my remote on my standalone player, and found the stream that played on my player.
To check this in the future just right click on the preview pane in DVD Shrink,there you will find the different audio streams, and you can see which ones go with what.
