ive got wipeout and its set up to surf the web but i cant find anyone to play the actual game with, everytime i click multiplayer it just keeps searching for players, have i got it set up wrong??

yes of course!!, i found the problem, its my firewall settings, does anybody know how to set firewall settings so you can play online games? windows xp firewall and mcafee firewall???????

yes if i tried that and it all works ok!, but that was not the question, i want to know how to set it for online gaming but still have a firewall running to cover my arse. or i may aswell erase it??????

just disable the firewall ull be fine. ppl live without firewalls for years and their comp still runs fine (my friends dont have firewalls they think theyre protected)

Just turn your fire wall off when playing psp, and turn your computer off to, while playing your psp, , if your so scared,, and then, turn on your computer, and put your firewall back on when your done playing with your psp..
