How to join .MP4 files?

I am current using the rcode 2 from nerodigital to convert my .vob dvd files to mp4 files. Everything does great except that if a title has more man one .vob files it creates individual mp4 files. Is there a way to combine the .mp4 files? Is there a simple utility?

To encode to a single file
Firstly select the (recode main movie to Nero digital)
Then import DVD select the drive find the VIDEO_TS folder
Then ok don?t open the VIDEO_TS folder
If you have to you can then set the start and end of the files selected
The just encode you are done
