Azureus health stays red!?

I got a new computer and now I have been trying to use BT to download but the health is always red and I can't connect to any peers which I was able to do a few days ago with my old comp, more info:

I have forwarded ports,
I have done the Windows firewall forwarding thing,

Ihave basically done every thing that I had done on my old comp but now I can see the amount of peers and seeds in the swarm but I am not connecting, I have tried severak torrents from many sites and the same!

Any help?

Same if I change ports! I will try another program to see if somehow thats the problem.

Ok, tried BitComet and It worked but still wondering why azureus wont work.

Bit Comet speeds are very slow! Very well seeded torrent 20kb/s - azureus would have been 100kb/s
