Looking for a DVD recorder with A-B Repeat

My Toshiba DVD player has been causing trouble and I am thinking of replacing it with a recorder. One function that the Toshiba has that I really like is A-B Repeat where I can continuously repeat a segment that I define. Does anyone know of an inexpensive, yet reliable DVD recorder that has a function like this? I would prefer DVD-R compatibility with a budget under $250.
