yes backing up of copied games is possible as i have done so with killzone and fifa 2005 just do as u would when copying a genuine game also if its patched it will copy the patch aswell no need to repatch

you do it just like you would when backing up the original.
Except that they will not have to be rebuilt or patched a second time if you did it on the first back up. The only repatching you would need, and i am not 100% sure on this, is for playing games online.
Other than that just do a strait up copy.
