I found a program called "Movie Creator" few days ago. It uses his own codec HDX4.
With this, you're able to convert every video into mobile format! I tried it, and I'm really impressed, now I can watch my movies on my mobile when I drive by train an hour per day!
The free software Nokia Multimedia Player will also convert other movie files to phone format. You can download it from nokia's website and you dont need a nokia phone to use it.
