Why does it matter? Are your gamestores really that strict about who buys games from them? I bought GTAII when I was 11 and the guy didnt care. Funny story though I went to that store later and they wouldnt let me buy the X-files game?

trust me, they will ask. stores can get in a hell of a lot of trouble for selling mature games to minors. my parents wouldnt want me to get it if it was M. it probably wont be rated M anyway

Not only stores, but the person who sold you that game is in deep sh*t. Maybe in Irak they sell them to minors, 8 years old boys have their own ak47's anyway.
