Just downloaded what lucks like a promising program from http://www.im-l.com but i can't connect up to any of the networks

Ares
FastTrack
Gnutella
Open FT

I'm using Wanadoo 1MEG broadband so which option should i choose

T1?
DSL?
Cable?

I'm unsure but this looks like a really good program so i could do with some help. Thanks
