Hi, I need to convert a DVD I ordered from overseas from PAL format to NTSC. Just wanted to see if anyone knows of any progams that could do this, preferably free, but not a must.

If you rip the DVD to your hard drive it become region-free automatically.

It isnt the region that is a problem, I have it already region free. The problem is that in Britan, they use PAL file format, compared to the North American NTSC. The use different ratio aspects, and different Frames Per Second, my dvd player doesnt support PAL file format(some support both) so I need a converter.

AVI2DVD is very easy to use and can convert PAL to NTSC.
