Get music to PSP with bearshare?

Can anyone help me get music on my PSP using bearshare and windows XP?

Ok, well first, transfer your bearshare files into a Mp3 format under your "My Muisc" in the start bar.

Do this by playing your bearshare music files with musicmatch juke box, and hitting record,, and changing the format to mp3,, this should automaticcaly save your music files to "My Music"
