Does anyone know where i can get a patch to play monster hunter online from my burnt disc.

You don't exactly need to patch the game to let it play online. You just have to patch it with the original disc's DNAS ID and you should be set. That's all I did to mine and it works flawlessly. I was playing it last night actually. :)

So basically you do have to patch it.
Also,you didn't tell him/her where to get the tools nesscasary to patch it. PM me, skite and I'll send you them.
And if you have downloaded the game or made a copy and have no access to your original, then you'r gonna have to guess. I believe there is a thread on this already. Use the search bar (at the top of every aD page)

Ya well i am a newb at these forums i just registered today to ask this question. and i don't know how to use this sites private message system.
And will i need the origanal everytime mine got broke on accident so i made a copy of my friends.

The reason why it sounded like a contradiction is because I on't considering reinserting a DNAS related file with an injected DNAS ID PATCHING. As I understood he was asking if the game required any special and specific Monster Hunter geared patch to have it work online. And even if I didn't give him the link to the tools, I gave him enough information to run a forum search to find the tools and stuff he needs.
Also, you would just need to read the copy you have with DVD Decrypter and use the DNAS ID Insertor application on the DNAS280.IMG file (which I believe is placed in the /MODULES directory on the disc)to put the DNAS ID in there. If you can run the DNAS ID reader app on your PS@ and can borrow your friend's original, you can get your ID with it. Otherwise you'll have to use one of the DNAS ID threads here and use one of the included there. I can't help with those as I use IDs I get from discs myself and I don't exactly understand how the partil ID thing works. So, you'll have to do some extra research there.

Alright no problem.
Ok, skite, click on the little character button beside "Report an offensive post" and make sure you have WinRAR, and give me your email address in the PM so I can send you the tools.

ps. Yes, you will need to own the original of the game you want to patch, and borrowing your friend's will work, but if he try's to go online with the same game, chances are your PS2 will be banned from going online (Althought it can be unbanned ;)

right now i am playing off a hd copy of that game made with hdload.. my og games was stolen 2 weeks ago.. plz help

No Offence, but I don't believe that your originals were stolen.
I can help you to an extent.. I can give you a DNAS Patching Pack, but I don't know how to unban your console.
Correct me im wrong.. but I think your wanting to patch illegally obtained PS2 games, in which case I can't help you, you need your DNAS code from your ORIGINAL so unless you have them (Or access to one) you cant patch anything.

no its my friends game i copyed and yes for real my games where taken so was my old ps2
my ex knew i liked that stuff so she took it when i was not home
1 just wanna play online with this ONE game with my friend with out havein to buy it again i will buy it again l8ter anywho so if i gotta wait its cool
