And one more question. I'm a newbie in eMuling and cannot understand a thing. I set the download limit to 6 KB/s and the upload limit to 2. Nethertheless, my cumulative UL:DL ratio (for about a month of downloading) is 2:1. Uploading from my clients starts just when I start eMule and has a stable level of 2KB/s. As about downloading, sometime I must wait for hours before it starts, and its speed is very unstable. I have a LowID, and the speed of my connection is not high, but, to my mind, it should equally affect both speeds of down- and uploading.
Yes, I understand that I have to give something to get something. But why in such a proportion?
