i`m asking because i have backed up 4 games so far using DVDdecrypter to create the ISO and used DVD decrypter to burn to media... and they all work as it should. so that`s why i don`t see the purpose to rebuild

no,only if the TOC is big(4.3 gb+),which in turn may cause problems for swapmagic users.
for modchip users,rebuiling is not nessecary

Question on rebuilding when I open a imgage of a new game called fantastic 4 in iso buster it shows on the left an iso and under it a udf. When you select the iso over on the right is shows files and folders and when you select the udf it shows the same files and folders only the sizes of the files and folders don't match. In the rebuild instructions is tells you to extract the files and folders to another folder. Well first of all which do you extract the files that are under the iso or the files under the udf? I extracted the files under the udf and total size dropped at least a gig from the original size of the total iso. Another question I had was how does extracting the files from iso buster change the files size what is missing that was in the original iso?
