This is the best tutorial i could find with images
We will Explain the Process of how to use the Wipeout Browser is 25 Steps! Hope you enjoy it!

1. Turn On PSP!

2. Go to Main Menu System of the PSP

3. Go down the menu until you reach "Netwrok Settings" as shown in Figure 1

4. After Network Setting is Selected Click on the "Infrastructure Mode" Option.

5 A Page comes up where it asks you to either create or a new connection or use an existing one.

6. Select the New Connection Option as shown in Figure 2.

7. Now here you can choose whether you want to Name the Connection "Web Browser" or just Connection 1 or 2.

8. After you choose which cpress the "Right" on Directional Pad once.

9. Now you should see a menu, asking for netwrok setting of the new connection.

10. Now here you go to the Bottom of the menu and elect the "Scan" Option.

11. Then the PSP will scan for wireless signals in the area.

12. Once a signal is found you select it.

13. You will be redirected back to the "WLAN Settings" Page.

14. Here you press the Right Button Again.

15.Then 2 Option will appear: Easy and Custom.

16. Select the "Custom" option.

17. Now three more Options will Appear: "Automatic", "Manual", and "PPPoE".

18. You will click Automatic and press right if have a Non-WEP WLan open.

19. Then another menu will apear with two more options: "Automatic" and "Manual" .



20. Select "Manual", and then press right again.

21. A Menu Asking for your "Primary DNS" and "Secondary DNS" will appear.

22. As your Primary DNS Input: 67.171.70.72 . This is a Portal Site.

23. For your Secondary DNS put the Ip of your router which can be found by using window, and clicking the start meu button.

24. Finding the "Accessory Menu", and oping command Prompt.

25. Then type in: ipconfig/all

26. then look for your router ip after you type that in.

27. Or if you have set up a previous connection before on the psp, follow the steps below to get your router ip.

28. Cliick Network Setting on your Menu

29. Select infrastructure mode from the menu.

30. Select your Previous Connection you made.

31. Then Press triangle on the Menu.

32. Then select the test Connection Option.

33. After you Select Test Connections, A page will come up showing all your connections ip's,a nd info.

34. Now scroll down and find Default router.

35. Now write this down somewhere becuase this is your secondary dns nmber as well.



27. after you input the router ip in click right.

28. Then another menu will appear with two options for the Proxy Settings. they are "Do Not Use" and "Use".

29. Now choose "Do not Use" if you dont have a Proxy, or "Use" if you do.

30. Most people do not use a Proxy, so if you dotn know what it is you most likely dont have it.

31. After you choose your setting click right again.



32. Now a nother page will pop up confirm the settings by clicking the button it asks for on the menu below.

33. Now as you can see below your connection will appear in the "Connections".

34. Now Pop-in your Wipeout Pure UMD, and Boot in up.

35. Once your at the Main Menu of Wipeout Pure Select: "Downloads"

36. Now clcik Down and press "X" to enter the Download section.

37. Now select your connection that you made in the in step 32.

38. Now wait until the internet connects.

39. Now the PSP Portal Should Load up.

40. Now use the "X" Button to select the Text Box. This will Allow you to enter a Web Browser. By the way to move around the pages up the directional pad to Move.

41. Now using the API keyboard you can enter whatever address you want.

For example. I typed in "pspcrazy.com", and our site pops up.

42. now your Done, its now your turn to play around with the setting.

43. Is it too slow? Then go back to your power settings int he main menu, and Disable the "wifi power saving option"

i followed all the steps but my wipe out doesnt habe the download option it has online and it just gives me a blue screen with the wipe out logo on the top right
