Hey people im stuck i just downloaded fantastic 4 and it has many files such as about 20 gmz-ffp.rar with iso images in it..i also have gmz-ffp.r30 - 46 files dont have a clue what to do with any of it

First up you need to 'un-rar' them. abit like WinZIP but different format. Google for .rar you'll find a dl for it is shareware.
Then use DVD Decryptor this will put all .ISO onto DVD for you

OoO got the WinRAR so i just un-rar them and leave those .r31 -46 files in the folder and thats all no missing info here ?
