Problems with some DVD-Rips games and SwapMagic 3.6 (NFS HP2/Beach Volley/Salt Lake 2002)

Hi,

I am considering buying Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2,
Summer Heat Beach Volley and Salt Lake 2002 (Winter Games).

But before doing so I downloaded these backups to try them out..

None of them I can get to work, I just get the error message
"Not a valid PS2 disc" for NFS HP2 and Salt Lake 2002..
Summer Heat Beach Volley just hangs with the intro/Sony screen..

Have tried to burn with different media (Sony, Verbatim and Commodore)
with no luck, and differene media sizes (650Mb-74Min and 700Mb-80min)
and in different speeds from 1x to 8x. I have tried Alcohol 120%,
DVD-Decrypter and Nero, still no luck...

These games I think are DVD-Rips where they have removed some
vidoes, and shrinked to fit on a CD-R. But the games should
work according to the NFO-files.

I have also tried CD/DVD-Loader v7 All, and Beta 5.2, and COGSWAPLOADER 1.0 ,
no luck, same symptoms as mentioned above.

I have a PS2 (TWO) Slim V12 SCHP-70004, with SwapMagic 3.6, and it works
flawless. Have tried lot's of DVD-backups and CD-R backups, and never had
any problems..

Have anybody succeeded to get these games to work with SwapMagic 3.6,
or do I need a Modchip in my PSTWO to be able to try out these titles?

Any help would be appreciated!
