AZUREUS NAT PROBLEM HELP!

I searched through the forums and nothing, I have a bellsouth dns connection,(westell router) 5mpbs advertised of course I never seen it get close to that. and I also never seen a green face on Azureus, love the dam thing but I begining to suspect that my dns conection is not meant to work with Azureus or at least bellsouth made it so. I have tried to forward ports did it in windows xp firewall enables upnp disabled upnp, in everything, nothing works, now when i went to my ip so i can configure my router, there wasn't an option to do open the port or any port instead they had configurations for specific programs mostly online games. Has anyone found a way to get around this before I throw this bitch out the window. I also thought it might be my free version of zone alarm but all those programs have clearence, anyway thx for your help
