.rar file weird

i got a bunch of .rar files so i know i have to only extract one of them(when extracting, it says its extractking (xxx.iso) xxx being whatever), but when im done extracting i get another .rar file which is so weird

then if i extract that .rar file i get bunch of files that look like if u pop a PS2 game into ur cd drive and explore it
can anyone help me how to put this on a dvd disc and play it on the ps2?
i have mod chip
