Having problem with my QSI-SDW-041!

I recently flashed my QSI-SDW-041 drive with the DU05 firmware and since this was done i have been unable to backup my DVD file from the hard-drive. I have tried several times but either a CYCLIC REDUNDACY ERROR appears on the disk or nero freezes during the "writing Lead Out".

This problem has only occured since the drive was flashed and i have made DVD file on disk before without any problem.

If anyone has anyway of fixing thisor has the DU07 file or knows where to get get please let me know!
