the article looks like its been written by an idiot, not exacltey the best read ever!

and great, the ps2 can run linux anyway, so its nothing special, not even sure if that article is real because of how badly written it is, doesnt seem right

but yeah if a ps2 can run linux, im sure a ps3 could

Thanks guys, make me feel like an idoit, thanks,,, thanks alot, thank you, ,,,, and what makes you so sure that because the ps2 can run linux the ps3 can? and not only that, it can only read linux after modding it, this is an offical way, imagine modding that,, imagine how far modding will go since we can already put linux on it..

The PS3 HDD, whereas not included(purchase separately), will come with a cell programmed Linux OS pre-loaded. According to Kutaragi it is possible that will change but not likely, the PS3 is focused around being a computer and running multiple OS from whoever will produce them, such as windows, if MS will do it.

MS has let rumor go that PSP compatibility is up with the 360, would SOny let that fly? Maybe they would let that fly is Sony let's them do this, then they make money off the OS too... Hmmmm, it is profitable and shouldn't affect 360 sales too much, given most have a PC and will use just for games anyway....
