LG 4160 can not recognize new DVD

Explorer, DVD Shrink or Decripter can not recognize 3 new DVDs I bought.
It reports "No disk" or "please insert disc" message.
I have put around 400 DVDs in my LG 4160 and this is the first time I have this problem.
After that I downloaded the latest firmware A303 but it did not help.

Help please.
