Answer is no. You can't run anything homebrew on 1.51.

I'm not sure what you mean, but you can't downgrade the firmware at least yet...

Are you sure ive heard that you can downgrade to the earlier version...oh well if not its no biggie i dont have Wipe Out yet anyways...and from what a friend says the net sufring on a PSP is ass slow and you cant see any pics and lil stuff like that.

I'm sure alright. Team xecuter has made a hardware mod that allows downgrading, but with just software it's not possible. Yeah it's quite useless, because you need to be near computer if you want to use net on psp, so why not use computer instead.

i have version 1.51 and i can use the browser on wipeout. Also the only thing the browser doesnt show on my screen is flash related programs
