This is where in the log file the problems start happening:

It would be a bit easier if you included the entire log file. Problems often start a lot farther back than the one you posted. There is also a lot of system information, program settings etc that is helpful.

can you post the rest of the Nero log? Sometimes that will contain important information too.

i've got your backs lol
Nero logfile is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log. Only post last section, it's 'sectioned' via these lines - '====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======'
DO NOT post your serial number, it's a line or 2 beneath that header line, usually beginning with '1A21' or similar...

The only odd thing I see is that it only took two seconds after the start of the burn to come up with that unspecified target error usually bad media will at least get through the lead in... This media is so bad that Nero could not even start the OPC.
Nero did manage to:
13:01:29 #23 Phase 127 File dlgbrnst.cpp, Line 1832
Generating DVD high compatibility borders
13:01:29 #24 Phase 129 File dlgbrnst.cpp, Line 1832
Generating DVD borders completed successfully
Thus insuring that this disc will never be written to again.
Nero could probabbly stop the write process if it knows that an error has occured. But no, it has to turn it into a coaster!

yes but with TDK for instance, they use differing quality of manufacturers - TDK are only any good if you buy the right ones and people are always caught out with the bad ones, this is one reason why i don't use/recommend TDK

Always worth spending a bit more for reliable media I've found throughout the years I have been burning.
A good Ritek G05 DVD-R or best of all Taiyo Yuden DVD-R , if there's a problem burning to a TY disc then there really is a hardcore problem (definitely not media related then I'd say).
