How do I use my Swap Magic 3?

How do I use swap magic? I have it for ps2 slimline and I have tiny peices and I need to know how to use it becuase it don't work when ever I put the Dvd disc in. It always says ps2 disc not formated for this ps2 and it comes up the to the red screen where it explans it's not a ps2 disc. I don't know how to use it. Please Help any one I will appreciate it so much!!

Make sure that if you are loading with the DVD Loader that the backup is a DVD disc

Hey Dj. It's me dude4690. OK like I need to know how to install the black piece labeled B. It has directions with the kit but it's really blurry and it's hard to tell where exactually everything is and what is where. I need to know how t install part B. And also how do I take off. like do iput in the Swap Magic DVD loader disc first then after it loads then do I put in my tools. Or what. Also I have tried loading my Dvd loader with the pieces in and out and the same thing happens. It says the game is no a ps2 formated disc. and the stupid thing dosn't think i know this. theres like little rings on the bottom of the disc which is how it came. I'm just not sure how to do any of this. They should have gave more directions on what to do after you install them for complete noobs like me. lol Ok hey man can you hellp me out. You seem like the person that can help me.
