Are the PSPs in the store 1.50, and you need to download the upgrade for 1.51?

Or they are 1.51 already?

IT DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU LIVE. IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE (WHERE I BELIEVE THEY JUST CAME OUT ALITTLE WHILE AGO) I THINK THEY HAVE v1.52. BUT IF YOU LIVE IN NORTH AMERICA THEN YOU WILL GET A v1.51, I BELIEVE ONLY ASIAN COUNTRIES HAD 1.5 AND THEY RELEASED 1.51 SOON AFTER THAT.

i got my psp imported from japan bout 2 week ago and it runs on 1.51

The new white ones will run 2.0...you can still get a 1.50 in places like Target and Walmart that are not as populated...aka small towns. It's hard to find one that's not on ebay now.
