Why dont you just order it from online. Like from www.play-asia.com or something like that.
Cuz even if u will find a store in finland that offers an asian psp then they would do the same thing like order it online.
I know that u can order already a europian psp, and just wait till it comes out from verkkokauppa and EB-games. But the prices r sick dough.
In EB games u can order psp for 149euros IF u give them a playstation2 plus 10 ps2 games. Sick.

So far I've seen only polarpanda.com selling psp in Finland. But they're ripping you off there, you should order online like dominator said. It will be cheaper even if you pay VAT to customs. One other way is huuto.net, but people selling psp's there are also ripping of because they want the same price it that they paid. They don't know how to sell things. But at this point it's not relevant if the psp is asian or us version. If you want firm. v1.0 you're not going to get one. New jpn and us psp's have firm. v1.5. And maybe you should wait for eu release, it's only under few months away so... Althogh if I were you, I couldn't be able to wait :p That's why I bought mine in february :D
