How do I convert some pc-rom wav files to a cd-r to play in my car stereo

Well, just burn them as audio tracks on a CD-R.

OK But the problem that I've got is that each wav. file is a whole album is there anyway that you can split up the file to select which track I can record or leave

nvm I've solve the problem
I just didn't go far enough into Nero to work out how to split up the file into individual tracks.
Pretty easy when you sus it right out.
