Is there any way to stop the jittering in back ups and imports in game movies???

you're either burning too fast or too slow for the type of game you're backing up and the type of media you're using. None of my games skip during cutscenes. Use quality media and burn 2x-4x speeds. Most people have best luck on 4x speed.
