NO AUDIO with CyberLink PowerEncoder MPEG-4/AVC Edition!!!!!

Please help! I don't know what happened but all of a sudden PowerEncoder AVC/MPEG-4 Edition 1.0 just doesn't get the audio anymore. I am trying to do this. First, I copy the movie (in this case National Treasure) to my hard drive with DVD Shrink. Then, I open up PowerEncoder and tell it to convert all of those VOB files from the movie I just extracted and convert them all into H264 and merge them into one file. After hours of conversion it finished and there was no audio! Does anyone know how to fix this? NOTE that I am using the trial version because I don't know how to get to the dialog box to enter the Registration code.
