Hi, i decided to post this thread here cuz it seems like here ppl know most bout routers and stuff.

Ok, i have 2 PCs, one laptop and a psp at home plus 8mb adsl internet connection. Now the PCs and the laptop r connected to net by a simple router. I am planning to buy a wireless router this week so i would be able to connect the psp and laptop wirelessly. Which router/modem/access point/anything i dunno what else u ppl would suggest? And so the price would be around 40-60-80 dollars, the less the better. It doesnt have to be any super duper router, as long as it will work and would have options for port forwarding.

Cuz i dont know some things about this stuff. Like is the router the same thing with a modem, or can it include it inside, cuz i mean i have an extra simple modem, or.. etc.

Thank you all very much in advance.

Netgear routers are probably your best bet but im located in the UK and i found it extremely easy to get my hands on one.So you looking for Wireless one, I'm unaware of prices in the states but im sure someone can point you in the right direction

A router is an easy way to share connections don't complicate things by trying to use 2 modems.
