Help with overclocking P4 prescott

Im new to overclocking and have never done it before. I was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea as to how much i can safely push my computer without it overheating. here are my specs.

Abit Fatality 925xe MB
P4 3.2 Ghz 540j presscott
PQI pc4200 533mhz DDR2 Ram
XFX Geforce 6600GT 128mb pci-e

I want to overclock the cpu, gpu, and the memory. I have a thermaltake jungle 512 Fan on the cpu, zalman heatsink and fan on the graphics card, and a fan on the memory + about 8 more fans in my case. Any ideas, tips or help would be great. thanks.
